I paint the quiet in-between hours — light moving across a room, the colour a wall turns at dusk.
I’m Deepa Redu, a professional artist and art teacher based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with over 10 years of experience in the field of art.
My artistic practice includes painting, drawing, sketching, printmaking, and craft. I work with a variety of mediums such as acrylic, watercolour, oil colour, gouache, ink, charcoal, and pencil.
I draw inspiration from nature, wildlife, human emotions, relationships, and Indian culture. My artworks combine realism, expression, colour, and texture to capture the beauty and emotions behind each subject.
Alongside creating art, I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I believe art is a continuous journey of learning, exploration, and self-expression, and every new artwork gives me an opportunity to discover something different.
